TERMS AND CONDITIONS – THE ROLLING MUSEUM

A. Preamble
VRINAT AUTOMOCION SSCI SARL (hereinafter referred to as "The Rolling
Museum"), under the terms of its operations, is authorized to provide specific driving and travel services under the denominations of The Rolling Museum. Your registration creates a contractual relationship exclusively with The Rolling
Museum. These General Terms and Conditions regulate the contracting of services and must be accepted at the time of registration.

B. General Terms

1. Conclusion of the Contract
• By registering, the participant makes a binding offer to The Rolling Museum to enter into a contract.
• The Rolling Museum will provide a written confirmation containing all essential information regarding the reserved services.
• The participant is responsible for all contractual obligations of any additional participants they register.
• Participants must be at least 18 years old at the time of the event and present a valid driver's license on-site. Drivers must have 10 years of valid driver's license and a minimum of 30 years old.
• Failure to present a valid license or the existence of an official driving ban will result in the forfeiture of driving rights without a refund.
2. Payment
• To confirm the registration, 100% of the experience fee must be paid at the time of online registration. 
• For selected long-term experiences, a partial deposit may be accepted, with the remaining balance due by the date specified by The Rolling Museum. 
• For bookings made within 30 days of the event, full payment is required at the time of booking. 
• All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT. 
1. •  Failure to make payment by the agreed deadline may result in the cancellation of the reservation by The Rolling Museum.Services and Modifications

• Services are determined by the descriptions on https://therollingmuseum.com/ and the written confirmation. 
• The Rolling Museum may modify services if changes are non-significant and do not affect the overall design of the event. Hotels, restaurants, activities and the itinerary are subject to change depending on availability, operational requirements, force majeure or any unforeseen circumstances. Any substituted services will be of a comparable standard and quality.
• In cases of exceptional weather or safety concerns, The Rolling Museum reserves the right to adapt the program (e.g., changing vehicle models or tires) to ensure safety.

2. Safety and Conduct
• Instructions from instructors and employees must be followed at all times.
• The use of seat belts is mandatory.
• Smoking and the use of mobile devices while driving are strictly prohibited.
• There is a 0.0 per mil (zero tolerance) policy for alcohol, drugs, or toxic substances.
• Reckless behavior or safety violations may result in immediate expulsion from the event without a refund.

3. Cancellation and Withdrawal
Participants must request withdrawals in writing. The following cancellation fees apply:
• Up to 45 days before: 25% of the registration price.
• Up to 31 days before: 50% of the registration price.
• Up to 14 days before: 75% of the registration price.
• Up to 7 days before: 90% of the registration price.
• Less than 7 days or No-Show: 100% of the registration price.

C. Special Conditions: Travel Experiences
1. Provided Vehicles
• Vehicles are provided for the duration of the event as per the description.
• Participants must sign a responsibility/handover sheet upon vehicle collection.

• Each vehicle is typically occupied by two participants. "Single driver" options are subject to availability and additional fees.
• The list of Porsche models presented in the event description is indicative only. Vehicle availability may vary due to maintenance, mechanical issues or operational requirements. If necessary, a listed vehicle may be replaced by another Porsche of a similar era, category and driving experience.

2. Insurance and Liability
• Vehicles include third-party liability insurance.
• While full comprehensive insurance is not provided, participants are treated as having comprehensive coverage with a deductible (excess) of EUR 5,000.00 per claim.
• The participant is liable for the full amount of damages in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

D. Photography, Media, and Data
1. Media Usage
• Participant recordings (photo/video) are for private use only.
• Public posting on platforms like YouTube or blogs requires prior coordination with The Rolling Museum.
• The use of drones and action cameras (e.g., GoPro) is strictly prohibited without explicit permission.
• The Rolling Museum may record the event for promotional purposes. Participants authorize the use of their image unless they expressly opt-out via email prior to the event.
2. Data Protection
• Personal data is processed electronically for the execution of the contract in accordance with relevant data protection laws.
